Mentoring

Ladies - we would love to hear from you if you would like a mentor - or even if you would like to mentor another Forward Lady.  Our mentees are looking for people with specific business experience, or even someone to be a friend to help them through either business or personal pressures.  Our mentors need to be able to offer help and guidance, or help and support.  It may not always be possible to match members with relevant expererience, but we will do our best. This service is free of charge.

If you would like to be considered for either role, please email Anne here with some details about your previous experiences, and what you would hope to get out of the scheme so we can match members who will benefit most. Remember to include your contact details. Please be assured that all information will be treated in confidence and with the utmust respect.

Dear Ladies, Several of us are involved in coaching.  You may know that it is recommended that coaches participate in supervision in the ratio of 1 hour of supervision for every 20-35 hours of coaching delivered (depending on experience).  Recently I have undertaken the first half of a supervision training course and am keen to offer an initial session of supervision on a one-to-one or small group basis without charge or obligation (offer subject to demand for the next while!).  If this would be of interest to you or another coach you know (please feel free to pass this on!), please contact me as below, and I look forward to hearing from you, Linn (Linda) Phipps, Ceist consulting Coaching – mediation – facilitation 07917 564440.
