Advertising Sales Executive

A fantastic
opportunity has arisen with a magazine publishing Company based in Leeds City
Centre.
This role will involve:
- Selling advertising space within agreed rates,
achieving and exceeding targets
- Maintaining and developing current accounts
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Converting users of
competitor titles
- Preparing and planning your own workload and making the most
efficient use of sales time
- Ensuring all information is accurately recorded
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Previous sales experience
- Experience of the publications industry
- Excellent IT skills
- A background in
the newspaper or magazine industry
- An excellent telephone manner with the ability
to communicate to senior levels
This is a full time, permanent opportunity
working Monday - Friday
Starting salary £16,500 rising to £17,500 after a six
month probationary period, plus uncapped commission!
