Whatever the motive, personal or professional, this is for YOU!!!! Why not sign up for this exciting NEW programme. This programme is part-funded by the European Union and there are NO forms for you to fill in.
So what is it all about you might be asking??
OUTLINE PROGRAMME - (which may be subject to change)
· Recruitment of ladies to programme – October 2007.
· A briefing session on the EU with input from companies already trading in Europe.
· Language sessions (relating to EU states to be visited) run by our very own Marilyn Trovato.
Feb 08-June 08
Brussels for 2 nights 1-3 April 2008.
We will visit the Commission, the Parliament, meet MEPs, etc., to get an understanding of how it all works and how it affects us and our business..
Visit to either LATVIA or ITALY for 2 nights (to be confirmed).
Half the group will visit Milan (12-14th May) to find out more about the EU and doing business in Italy.
The other half will visit Riga in Latvia (19-21st May).
Programme for visits to be confirmed, but we will look to arrange meetings, lunch etc with business women in countries visited.
July-Aug 08
Debrief to share experience - not just amongst the group - but with other Forward Ladies.
In fact ladies, you will be our European Ambassadors, and if you agree, we will put information about you and your company on our website, and other ladies can ask you questions about the EU.
Who is this for?
This programme is for anyone, from any sector, and from any size company which thinks it or it’s business/employer would benefit from learning more about the EU and/or trading with the EU, and are happy to share their experiences.
Cost to you, including briefing session, language sessions, trip to Brussels and trip to either Italy or Latvia, debrief session plus any PR offered by Forward Ladies is £250 + VAT.
We will look to arrange meetings, lunch etc with business women in countries visited.
