Gail Yeowell, Owner & Managing Director of Smart HR Solutions Limited. SmartHR provides a wide range of professional and effective HR solutions to businesses and individuals. With almost 20 years HR management experience, we utilise our skills and knowledge to assist clients in 3 distinct areas: Recruitment, HR Consultancy and Training.

We tailor business support packages to suit individual needs, and have an online 'E-HR Shop' for IOM or UK employers to purchase template employment documents on a range of people management subjects - from absence management through to whistle blowing.

What achievement in your career/business are you most proud of?

I am proud of establishing SmartHR in 2010 to provide professional outsourced HR Consultancy and Training solutions; and to have now extended our services to include Recruitment.
