What achievement in your career/business are you most proud of?

Passing my professional exams and getting my foot on the ladder towards becoming Morris & Co's first female partner!

• Put some business cards in every handbag so that you always have some with you - you never know when you might need one.
• Be selective about the groups you join to ensure they are right for your business.
• Think carefully about what you post on Linked In/Twitter etc. Do your business connections really want to know about what you had for breakfast?!

• Learn how to say 'No'.
• Remember that you learn something new every day.
• Delegate

Favourite book/film/piece of music 

My tastes have changed over the years but the film 'Gregory’s Girl' never fails to amuse me.

Any business woman who claims to be able to 'have it all' so that I can understand how she does it!

What important lesson has life taught you?

That a good work-life balance is essential to our well being.

Your thoughts on the future of the economy

2011 will not be an easy time for any of us but we need to focus on the successes. A positive frame of mind is an essential for getting us through.
