Nicola Nutton

I am working for The Stroke Association as an Information, Advice and Support Co-ordinator. We are part of the Life After Stroke services team. We help stroke survivors & their carers in hospital & visit them at home too. We are setting up a new service covering Bradford & Airedale. Our office also has a Back to Life Co-ordinator who helps the stroke survivor resume work or get involved in the community & continue with their hobbies. Our office is based in Greengates.
