Integral strikes gold

16/11/2009

Congratulations to Jennie Walker at Integral Design and Media for their Gold Award.

Forward Ladies members and York-based design and editorial agency Integral Design and Media is celebrating a golden partnership.

An annual report which Integral designed and printed for NHS North Yorkshire and York has won the Gold Award (first place) for Best Publication in the Chartered Institute of Public Relations PRide Awards for Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

Commenting on the newspaper-style publication, called The Annual Reporter, the CIPR's judges said: "This was a fresh and readable presentation of material which can, in other cases, be deemed a dry subject matter by the target audience. A highly interesting and readable publication."

The Annual Reporter beat off stiff competition from Hull City Council, the Learning and Skills Council, Sheffield Hallam University and several large PR firms to land the top award.

The awards, which were given out at a ceremony in Leeds, recognise excellence in public relations and communications. Entries from agencies and in-house teams in both the public and private sectors were accepted.
