5 Day Leadership Programme

We have created a leadership programme, especially for Forward Ladies, which will allow women in business to develop their leadership skills and think about their business strategically.

The Programme will be broken down into 5 days of training over a 3 month period and will cover the practical skills required to lead as well as how to lead with courage and resilience and realise the impact your leadership behaviour has on others.

The Programme is aimed at ladies who need to improve their leadership skills to make an impact or are being forced to learn in order to manage in tougher times.

If you are interested in attending the Leadership Programme, Forward Ladies could apply for funding for 60% towards the cost via the Train to Gain Enhancement Fund. The full cost would be £653, with funding it would only be £262 which includes 5 days of training, lunch and refreshments.

There are 25 places available with funding for up to 10 companies.
