Forward Ladies and “This Lady Loves” link up to present an International Womens Day .

Sue France of Forward Ladies and Tracey Thomas of This Lady Loves have pooled their resources to come up with a unique, entertaining and inspiring lunch to celebrate International Women’s Day 2013.

Our Inspirational Speaker for International Womens Day is Sheryl Greentree

Sheryl Greentree, 45 is a single mother of 2 teenage children and has over 20 years senior management experience, within both business management and sales and marketing roles, including over 13 years’ experience operating at board level.  She has extensive experience and a successful track record within Private Equity backed, PLC and owner managed businesses with experience of B2B and D2C sectors within the ‘Veterinary Pharmaceutical Industry, Wholesale/Distribution, Laboratory, Diagnostics, Retail and Insurance Industry.  She has also worked as part of an IPO, and Acquisitions team.  Through a chance meeting, Sheryl  followed her passion and dream 10 years ago, to set  up and successfully manage an international NGO, using her corporate skills to focus on providing a unique model in sustainable water and health programmes in Africa, for which she was recognised by winning the Tesco Magazine, Charitable mum of the year award in 2009.   On this basis, she was invited to attend this year’s CGI conference in New York, by personal invitation from President Clinton.

Her Charity is Water For Africa and Sheryl especially focuses on the women enabling them to manage the drilling ,which in turn allows the girls to attend school instead of spending days walking to far off wells for water. www.waterforafrica.org.uk
