With spring upon us, why not get off to the perfect start with a special networking event at the gorgeous Peacock Alley in Goole. The gallery, owned by Penny Settle, provides a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy browsing the original watercolours and designs on display whilst enjoying a wonderful buffet lunch and a glass of wine.
In addition to the relaxing and inspiring setting we've got Karina Clappison, a Nutritionist who specilases in organic food and 'whole' food as central part of healing. Karina will talk about "Eat your way back to Health", providing some simple and exciting ways to kick-start your system and fuel your healthy body.
