Cal Bailey has been marketing & sustainability director of NG Bailey since 2007. He is responsible for the implementation of sustainable practices both for the organisation and for its clients. NG Bailey is one of the UK’s largest privately owned businesses with sales in the region of £600m, employing 3,300 people.

Andy Gouldson – University of Leeds
Andy has almost 20 years of experience working on a wide range of issues relating to environmental policy and management. He is a professor of sustainability research, and from January 2006 to June 2009 was Director of the Sustainability Research Institute, at the University of Leeds.
