Perhaps if men and women understood each other better business would be more productive. In this entertaining, interactive and sometimes controversial workshop, motivational speaker Rikki Arundel will explore gender difference and the impact of the new Equality Act 2010, and drawing on her experiences of living both as a woman and as a man, illustrate how we can all “Work Together” more productively, while retaining the benefits of being different.
