There are 5 easy steps to effective Influencing. How to gain rapport, actively listen, stress the benefits, gather the appropriate information to reach a desirable outcome. Learn how to recognise and influence different personalities by building rapport using the power of positive behaviours.
Negotiation is to get what you want, albeit unobtrusively! Recognising and adopting the appropriate style to meet the needs of the situation. Recognise your own preferred style and how it can work for you. Learn how to deal with difficult people in difficult situations. Understanding other people’s needs, behaviours & wants and how to manage them to get an agreed outcome.
The workshop is highly interactive with plenty of opportunity to share ideas and experience.
