The aim of this government
project is to recruit, train and deploy 10,000 business mentors. The training
you will receive will allow you to deliver mentoring to any type of micro,
small and medium sized business and will be completely free of charge to you.
Following your
training and successful completion of the short questionnaire, you will be
issued with an online Certificate of Recognition and will have mentor status in
our mentoring community. Once recognised as a mentor, we ask that you
commit at least one hour a month free mentoring over the next two years or
equivalent.
You may in the
future like to go on to achieve the SFEDI Awards qualification, the Enterprise
Mentor Award and become an accredited mentor.
