Do you find the day just runs away with you and before you know it that deadline has crept up and you are under pressure?
Do you set out to attend to your most important priorities and then something else swallows up your attention?

We all have 24 hours in a day…… but how you use your time in your work and your life has a direct impact on personal efficiency, effectiveness and life balance. How well you are able to manage these areas in your day will ultimately affect the ‘bottom line’ in your business. The aim of this course is to help you explore your relationship with time and develop practical solutions to achieve a more strategic approach to managing the time that you have.

The objectives for this course, led by Pat Carr of 360 degree people are:

To understand and reflect upon how your personality preferences, style and behaviours impact on your capacity to manage the time that you have available to you.

 Specifically the workshop:

  • Examines your personal drivers that motivate you to operate in a particular working style
  • Considers how you absorb information and process it on the way to taking action and making decisions
  • Considers what the heart of effective personal management is and encourages you to reflect on where you are currently placing your energies
  • Identifies specific tools and practices to improve your abilities and motivation to manage the time you have
  • Supports you to develop a workable personal action plan to help you to adopt more effective time management practices and behaviours

“The challenge is not to manage time but to manage ourselves.” Covey 1989
