Celebrate International Womens Day in style at the beautiful Hotel Du Vin in York. We'll be treated to their signature "G&T" afternoon tea whilst we network and meet likeminded business women. Speaking to us on the day will be Ann Hamilton, who heads up the London-based Human Trafficking Foundation using the lessons learned north of the border where she established the Trafficking Awareness Raising Alliance ( TARA) in 2005 as a service to help identify and support women in Glasgow who had been sex trafficked.

The purpose of the foundation is to enhance the work of existing charities in the field, lobby politicians and take a national overview of how the issues should be tackled.

Ann will be speaking at the Hotel Du Vin, located in the tranquil area known as The Mount, close to the city's historic centre. Hotel du Vin York is a beautiful Grade II-listed building that dates back to the early 19th century. Formerly a private home and an orphanage, the hotel houses 44 stylish bedrooms and suites, trademark bistro, bar and private dining rooms, along with a terrace, courtyard and inner forum for alfresco dining.
