After his success of ‘Talking Balls’ for Prostate Cancer in August, Andy will share with you some of the lessons learned from some of the best customer focused organisations he has worked with over the years to help you address some of the key customer care issues that we all face, focusing your people, inspiring and motivating them to ensure they consistently delight and exceed your customers expectations.

You’ll hear about real examples from those who have devoted customers resulting in bottom line benefits. It’s also a chance to share ideas, solve problems and lower your heart rate.

As well as helping yourself become a better leader, you’ll also be helping fight heart disease as all funds raised from the evening’s proceedings will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.
