Middleton Katz Chartered Secretaries LLC are the leading practice of Professional Chartered Secretaries in the Isle of Man.

We incorporate and manage offshore companies and trusts, in the Isle of Man and elsewhere and are able to provide all of the traditional services of a Corporate Service Provider (CSP), and are able to supplement this with additional services that are usually the preserve of the larger institutional CSPs.

On a Middleton Katz workshop you will interact with others, have fun, identify improvements and leave with an action plan you can put into place immediately.

As well as providing Company secretarial and administrative services to institutional clients such as listed companies and investment funds, we also provide a full range of fiduciary services to entrepreneurs and private clients.

What achievement in your career/business are you most proud of?:

Stephanie moved to the Island in 2005 from Zambia where she studied Business Management and she has been working with offshore Corporate and Trust Service Providers since, she is currently studying with ICSA to become a Chartered Secretary. Prior to joining Middleton Katz Chartered Secretaries LLC Stephanie worked for a large Trust Service Provider on the Isle of Man.
