Tell us about your business or position:
It is often said that any organisation is only as good as the people who work there – at Dinero we believe that it is the results people achieve that make the real difference.
Dinero’s trainers have experience of working with some of the top companies that have been recognised for outstanding Customer Service published in the 2010 Which? report of the top 75 brands in the country. We want to share the skills and techniques used by larger companies with smaller ones.
On a Dinero workshop you will interact with others, have fun, identify improvements and leave with an action plan you can put into place immediately.
If you don’t leave one of our Smartsize Learning (can this be in bold please?) workshops and make changes for the better, we want to know – this is the only way that Dinero can support you in delivering a true return on your investment.
We are:
• A Learning & Development company based in Yorkshire
• Experienced at working in large and small companies
• Providing qualified, professional specialist trainers
• Passionate about delivering measurable results and a return on your investment
• Committed to improving your business and growing companies
• Trustworthy and easy to do business with
