This requires courage from all of us and the willingness to admit that our view of the world and race may be tinted with bias – consciously or unconsciously.
Let’s listen intently and deeply and resist the urge to show any kind of judgement or defensiveness during these discussions.
It is through these times of tribulation and crisis that trust is built and progress it made but we must start with courageous conversations.
