Susanna Lawson- CEO Onefile

Susanna Lawson, the founder and CEO of Onefile, a cloud-based software that helps assess and support in-house training, apprenticeships and vocational course to be more cost-efficiently and increase quality. She is extremely passionate about education and technology. In 2017, her company Onefile was awarded the Queen’s Award for Innovation and Susanna herself was crowned Forward Ladies / HSBC Businesswoman of the Year. Susanna enjoys speaking at events, promoting apprenticeships and the challenges facing SMEs, Susanna has grown Onefile from a start-up of 2 people in a spare bedroom in Manchester to 85+ employees multi-million-pound company.

Susanna is also on the advisory panel of the BAME Apprenticeship Alliance and mentors other SME owners. apprenticeships and vocational training.

Lara Oyesanya – Group General Counsel at World Remit.

Lara is an experienced solicitor in the financial services – digital payments sector that is skilled in regulatory, payments, enterprise risk management, consumer protection, small medium enterprises, retail and commercial banking.

Lara is an external co-opted Member, Committee on Benefactions External and Legal Affairs, University of Cambridge, a non-Executive Director, Plan International UK and The Shaw Trust. She is also a Contributing Editor, LexisNexis Encyclopedia of Banking Law and a Member, Consulting Editorial Board, LexisPSL. A Fellow of The RSA and ‘Business Woman of the Year’ & ‘Corporate Leader’, 2018 FL National Awards. Ranked in The Lawyer Hot 100 2021 and in the 50 Must Follow Black Female Leaders 2020. Winner of the Financial Services Senior Leader Category in the 2021 Black British Business Awards. Winner of the Legal category in the 2022 Women4Africa award.

Formerly, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at Contis, legal director at Klarna, senior legal counsel at Barclays and BAE Systems, a divisional counsel at RAC, legal director at HBOS (Lloyds Banking Group) and Group Head of Legal at Lex (Lex Autolease). Lara is also a barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a law graduate (LL. B Hons) of the University of Lagos with an LL.M in Comparative Company Law.

Louise Hardy-Chartered Civil Engineer

Louise Hardy is a chartered civil engineer who rose to director level within the engineering profession, most notably as Infrastructure Director responsible for programme managing a £2bn portfolio of projects on the London 2012 Olympic Park. In 2015 she began building her non-executive portfolio career with a mix of public sector and FTSE250 board roles plus voluntary work within the Institution of Civil Engineers and as a STEM ambassador and diversity champion. She was listed in the inaugural Top 50 Influential Women in Engineering list, in June 2016; in conjunction with the Daily Telegraph and WES. www.wes.org.uk/WE50 and the FT Top 100 Influential Women Leaders In Engineering, 2019.

 Over the years, Louise has been recognized and has won many awards such as the Overall Business Woman of the Year, at the National Business Women’s Awards, 2021, FL National Leadership Summit, 2021, named Overall Business Woman and winner of Mentor of the Year. Winner of the European Women in Construction and Engineering, Lifetime Achievement in Construction award, 2019, Winner of National Business Women’s Awards; Northern England Business Leader & Lifetime achievement award, 2020, Winner of the Best Woman in Construction award at the National Building awards, 2019 & 2020, Winner of the CBI First Women of the Built Environment award, 2017, Awarded Honorary Fellowship of APM, 2016 and many more prestigious awards.

Griselda Togobo is an international corporate consultant. She is also a multi-faceted entrepreneur, engineer and chartered accountant. Her experience as a black woman in the corporate world drives her to help progressive global companies create inclusive workplaces. She works directly with CEOs and business leaders to embed a culture of inclusion at the heart of their talent strategy. Griselda offers a fresh approach to developing leaders. She is a respected and impactful speaker and is known for her high energy and engaging style.

She graduated from Cambridge University with an MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing and Management. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she was a management consultant at Deloitte and Touche, UK.
