Menopause is inevitable – are you ready for it?

Did you know that 1 in 4 women consider leaving their jobs because of menopause? And 1 in 10 do! Globally, the average age that women reach menopause is between 45 – 55 years, although they can experience it earlier in their 30s. Few specialist clinics are dedicated to treating menopause, so women will continue to get misdiagnosed until menopause training is widely available. There are between 30-50 Symptoms of menopause and perimenopause.

Menopause is a natural part of life. We don’t need to suffer in silence or figure things out alone. So it is never too early to arm yourself with information as your doctor may not be trained to diagnose or offer the help you need.
