• The Corporate Sales Executive is a commercial role, and your first responsibility is to meet and/or exceed revenue targets
• You will be selling corporate memberships, sponsorships and training courses tod large organisations 
• You will prospect, identify and develop new sales opportunities from inception through to closure, constantly tracking leads through the process. 
• You will establish long term relationships with clients to ensure that Forward Ladies is their chosen provider for their diversity and inclusion solutions.
• You will research opportunities for developing new profitable business campaigns 
• Liaising with journalist and designers to create targeted niche campaigns 
• Liaising with key opinion leaders, influencers and organisations

Desired Skills;

The successful candidate will come from a professional background and 

• 3+ year of proven business to business sales experience, 
• A self-starter, commercially driven, results-focused
• Candidates must be experienced, enthusiastic with demonstrable success in delivering to sales targets
• The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• To be successful in the sales process, it is paramount that the ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of the marketing, the client’s needs and which FL offering in our portfolio will match the clients’ needs and expectations
• The ideal candidate must be used to working to targets under high-pressure situations and deadlines
• Strategic and financial competence is a must 
• Planning and organisation skills are also a must 
• A confident and flexible person who has strong attention to detail and is self-motivated, willing to be flexible in accomodating the needs of the business. 
• Excellent team player, trustworthy, friendly, assertive, and persistent.
