Paying it Forward is part of our DNA, which is why a core part of our work is focused on our SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME; it’s why we support our CHARITY PARTNERS, it’s the reason we invest in mentoring.
Our aim is to create a global community of women who are able to thrive.
We are changing the way that women see leadership. Leadership is not a job title and it’s not a payslip. Leadership is a mindset. It’s how you choose to live your life. We are committed to developing female leaders through our industry specific LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES to help drive diversity within male dominated sectors. With expert speakers and EXECUTIVE COACHING to support you at every stage of your leadership journey. We also offer bespoke programme tailored to other minority groups such as BAME (Black Asian and Minority Ethnic).
Our research explores business issues with a gender lens and covers everything that impacts women attraction and progression into certain sectors industries and into leadership positions.
We conduct our research to help businesses develop a deeper understanding of the real challenges women face in their sectors and to share best practice.
We are passionate about the well-being and mental health of women. Organisations have a key role in understanding the collective health of their people, and to tailor approaches to address areas of need. Because good mental health in any organisation, is the collective wealth of the business. This is a programme of work we will be developing further in 2020.

FL National Awards & Summit
Each year, the awards and summit programme recognises leading women and male agents of change from across the UK and beyond for their remarkable contribution to the advancement of gender.
Diversity and Inclusion Practice
We work closely with organizations to develop a better understanding and bespoke solutions to drive diversity and inclusion strategies giving them an advantage in a global multicultural market.
We want every woman to feel that she belongs in the workplace – regardless of gender or race. We believe that every woman who aspires to lead, should be supported in the opportunity to do so. We want to empower a strong pipeline of female leaders for the future, who enter a workplace without the stereotypes, barriers, bias and imbalance which exists within some sectors.
We do this through working with a range of partners on a UK and global scale to achieve help us achieve that gender parity, as well as commission research to gain further insight into the way that women experience equality in the workplace – we are proud to be working and influencing some fantastic partners including GKN Aerospace, BASF, United Utilities, Yorkshire Water and more.

Underpinning everything we do are the informal and formal networks FL has cultivated and developed through our global activity.
